Run in ComfyUI

  1. Install a compatible H3 runtime, Ref2VA base model, text encoder and VAEs.
  2. Download the V1.5 character LoRA and separate Turbo adapter.
  3. Start with the author's workflow examples. These are V1 examples: select V1.5 explicitly and review the current model card.
  4. Load the source as <Video 1> and reference as <Picture 1>. Apply your prompt and settings using your runtime's supported frame grid.
